10 Minutes for 30 Days

Cold Season, Warm Workouts!

My first vacation of the year is approaching soon! I’m super excited because I can finally have time to relax after this busy busy year. With any vacation, looking right in your bikini or dress attire is a must. Therefore, I’ve challenged myself to complete 30 days of 10 minute workouts.

Currently the only things maintaining my weight are my healthy eating habits and hitting the gym here and there. Not to tute my own horn, but I take what I eat very seriously. Sundays are my strict meal prep days for the week, I drink a lot of water and eat only lean protein and low carb meals(Check the “Eating In” section for meal prep ideas!)

However I can’t lie, even I mess up occasionally. Some days, after a long day, I’ll treat myself to a Five Guy’s double  hamburger and fries. So in order for me to maintain what I’ve worked so hard on, I’ve decided to include daily workout routines. I’m hoping a good 10 minutes every morning will do the trick or at least be a start. Below I’ve listed helpful YouTube links for any eager minds.
